การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรต่อการบริหารงบประมาณตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล วิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่ง และอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นบุคลากรวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง ประกอบด้วย ครู หัวหน้างาน หัวหน้าแผนกและเจ้าหน้าที่ จำนวน 91 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .83 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ($\bar{X}$ ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารงบประมาณตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล วิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรที่มีต่อการบริหารงบประมาณตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล วิทยาลัยเทคนิคดอนเมือง จำแนกตามเพศ ตำแหน่ง และอายุไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and compare personnel's opinions towards budget management based on good governance, Donmuang Technical College classified by gender, position and age. The samples used in this research were 91 teachers, manager, department head and staff in Donmuang Technical College personnel. The instrument was 5-level scale questionnaire with a confidence of .83 The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean (X̄), Standard Deviation (S.D.), t-test, and F test. The research results were found that: 1. The personnel's opinions towards budget management based on good governance, Donmuang Technical College in overall and each aspects were at a high level. 2. Personnel opinions towards budget management based on good governance, Donmuang Technical College classified by gender, position and age no different.
