การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศบางบัวทอง และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศบางบัวทอง จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศบางบัวทอง ในปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 149 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.937 เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และโดยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศบางบัวทอง โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศบางบัวทอง จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศบางบัวทอง จำแนกตามอาชีพของผู้ปกครองโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล อาชีพข้าราชการหรือพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ กับ การประกอบอาชีพส่วนตัว มีความคาดหวังที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านงานวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ไม่แตกต่างกัน มหาวิทยาลัยนอร์ทกรุงเทพ 4. ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศบางบัวทอง จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและจำแนกตามอาชีพ พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีความคาดหวังในด้านการบริหารงานบุคคลมากที่สุด
This research aims to study the expectations of parents on the educational management of Sarasas Witaed Bangbuathong School, and to compare parents' expectation towards educational management classified by education level and occupation. Samples used in the study included 149 parents of students in academic year 2019 at Sarasas Witaed Bangbuathong School. The instrument used in this study was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.937. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and One-way ANOVA. The results revealed that: 1. Parents' expectations towards educational management of Sarasas Witaed Bangbuathong School in overall and every aspects were at a high level. 2. Parents' expectations towards educational management of Sarasas Witaed Bangbuatjhong School classified by education level in overall and each aspects were not different. 3. Parents' expectations towards educational management of Sarasas Witaed Bangbuathong School classified by parents' occupation in overall was not different. As for each aspect, it was found that in personnel management, civil servant or state enterprise employee occupation and personal career there are expectations that are statistically significant different at the .05 level in terms of academic, budget, and general administration are not different. 4. Parents' expectations towards educational management of Sarasas Witaed Bangbuathong School classified by education level and occupation, found that parents had the highest expectations in personnel management.
