การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายทวารวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยทำการวิจัย 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ตอนที่ 1 เป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสถานภาพทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา ตอนที่ 2 เป็นความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู จำนวน 169 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายทวารวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 4.35) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ ($\bar{X}$ = 4.38) ด้านความคิดรวบยอด ($\bar{X}$ = 4.37) และด้านเทคนิควิธี ($\bar{X}$ = 4.29) 2\. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อทักษะการบริหารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มเครือข่ายทวารวดี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 7 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aims to Study and compare teachers' opinions towards the administrative skills of school administrators. Dvaravati Network Group, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7 Classified by work experience and size of schools. The research was conducted in 2 stages: the first part was a study of the respondents' general status: work experience and size of schools, part 2 is the teachers' opinions towards the administrative skills of the school administrators. The sample group was 169 teachers. The instrument used to collect data was questionnaire. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The research results were found that: 1\. The teachers' opinions towards the administrative skills of school administrators in Thawarawadee Network Group, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7 in overall was at a high level ($\bar{X}$ = 4.35). When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The mean is descending: human skills ($\bar{X}$ = 4.38), conceptual skills ($\bar{X}$ = 4.37) and technical skills ($\bar{X}$ = 4.29). 2\. The results of comparing teachers' opinions towards administrative skills of school administrators in Thwarawadee Network Group, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 7 classified by work experience and size of schools in overall and every aspect were not different.
