การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะภาวะ ผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 15 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูกลุ่มโรงเรียน เครือข่ายที่ 15 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 186 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̄ ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ดัชนี ความสอดคล้อง (IOC) การทดสอบ t-test (Independent Samples Test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 15 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านทักษะ วิสัยทัศนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านทักษะความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ด้านทักษะการสื่อสาร และ ด้านทักษะความร่วมมือ ตามลำดับ 2\. ความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในยุคศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายที่ 15 สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study teachers' opinions about leadership skills in the 21st century of school administrators in 15th network school group under a jurisdiction of Bangkok. Their opinions were compared according to gender, age and education level. The sample group consisted of 186 teachers who teach in academic year 2020 in 15th network school group under a jurisdiction of Bangkok. The research tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .94. Statistics used in data analysis are mean (X̄), Standard Deviation (S.D.), the Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC), t-test, and One-way Analysis of Variance. The findings reveal as follows: 1. The teachers' opinion on leadership skills of school administrators in 15th network under a jurisdiction of Bangkok. Leadership skills in the 21st century of school administrators in 15th network school group under a jurisdiction of Bangkok is at high level in every aspect: an aspect of vision skill, creativity skill, communication skill, and cooperation skill, respectively. 2. Teachers with different gender, age, and education level have no significantly difference on their opinion about leadership skills of the school administrators.
