การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกับการดำเนินโครงการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครู โรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ สตรีวิทยา พุทธมณฑล และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการดำเนินโครงการชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครู โรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ สตรีวิทยา พุทธมณฑล วิธีการศึกษาได้ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ สตรีวิทยา พุทธมณฑล จำนวน 94 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และใช้สถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ **ผลการวิจัย พบว่า** 1\. ปัจจัยที่ศึกษาทุกปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของโรงเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2\. ปัจจัยด้านการภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ $(X_3)$ ปัจจัยด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร $(X_2)$ ปัจจัยด้านบรรยากาศองค์กร $(X_1)$ ส่งผลต่อการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพครูโรงเรียนนวมินทราชินูทิศ สตรีวิทยา พุทธมณฑล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research aimed 1) to investigate the relationships between factors affecting and Professional Learning Community Project of the Teachers at Nawaminthracchinuthit Satriwitthaya Phutthamonthon School, and 2) to examine factors affecting the Professional Learning Community Project of the Teachers at Nawaminthracchinuthit Satriwitthaya Phutthamonthon school by stratified random sampling. The samples were 94 teachers of Nawaminthracchinuthit Satriwitthaya Phutthamonthon school by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was rating scale questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson's coefficient correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results revealed that: 1. All studied factors have positive relationship with the school's Professional Learning Community statistically significant at .01 level. 2. Academic leadership ($X_3$), Organizational culture ($X_2$), and Organizational climate ($X_1$) affecting Professional Learning Community Project of the Teachers at Nawaminthracchinuthit Satriwitthaya Phutthamonthon School statistically significant at .01 level.
