การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและแนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดประสบการณ์ การเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัย ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัดสำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัดสำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 87 คน และ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระปฐมวัย จำนวน 2 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามและ แบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. สภาพการพัฒนาการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัย ของโรงเรียนในสำนักงาน เขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัดสำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านความสัมพันธ์ ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครอง และด้านการจัดประสบการณ์ และกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน เป็นอันดับแรก รองลงมาคือ ด้านการบริการนักเรียน และค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านครูผู้สอน 2\. แนวทางการพัฒนาการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของเด็กปฐมวัย ของโรงเรียนใน สำนักงานเขตบึงกุ่ม สังกัดสำนักการศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร 2.1 ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์ และกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน การจัดประสบการณ์ที่เน้น เด็กเป็นศูนย์กลาง และมีความสอดคล้องกับหลักการเรียนรู้ของสมอง คือ "กิจกรรมหลัก 6 กิจกรรม" 2.2 ด้านครูผู้สอน ครูผู้สอนเป็นผู้จัดทำให้เกิดการเรียนรู้ กระตุ้นให้ผู้เรียนเห็นว่าปัญหา นั้นเป็นปัญหาของเขา จัดบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสม 2.3 ด้านการบริการนักเรียน ผู้เรียนจะต้องให้ความช่วยเหลือกันและกัน รู้จักรับผิดชอบ งานที่ตนเองทำอยู่และที่ได้รับมอบหมาย นำสิ่งที่เรียนรู้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ประโยชน์ในชีวิตจริงได้ 2.4 ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับผู้ปกครอง ครูและผู้ปกครองจะต้องมีความ สนิทสนมคุ้นเคยกันเป็นอย่างดี ย่อมส่งผลให้เกิดการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมในการดูแลและสร้างชีวิตเด็ก ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
This research aimed to study the conditions and guidelines for development learning experience of early childhood of the schools in the Bueng Kum district office under the Department of Education, Bangkok. The sample groups used in this research were 87 school administrators, teachers and educational personnel of the schools in the Bueng Kum district office and 2 head early childhood learning area. The tools used for data collection were Questionnaire and interview form. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and Standard Deviation. The findings revealed that 1) Development conditions for the learning experience of early childhood of the schools in the Bueng Kum district office under the Development of Education, Bangkok in overall was at a high level, the first one was the relationship between the school and the parents, and experience management and teaching and learning activities, followed by student service, and the least mean was teachers. 2) The guidelines for development learning experience of early childhood of the schools in the Bueng Kum district office: (1) Experience and teaching and learning activities, focus child-centered experiences activities and in accordance with the learning principle of the brain, which is "6 main activities" (2) Teacher, teachers are the organizers of learning, encourage students to see that the problems are their problems provide an appropriate learning environment. (3) Student Service, learners must help each others, know how to take responsibility for the work that you are doing and that have been assigned, can apply what you have learned in real life. (4) The relationship between the school and the parents, teachers and parents must be familiar with each other very well, this will results in working as a team in caring for and building the lives of children effectively.
