การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการดา เนินงานระบบดูแล ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการ ดาเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย จาแนกตามเพศ และ ประสบการณ์การทา งาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย กรุงเทพมหานคร จา นวน 126 คน โดยใช้ตารางสา เร็จรูปของ เครจซี; และ มอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการดา เนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของ โรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย จา นวน 25 ข้อ โดยนา ไปทดลองสอบถาม (Try-out) กับกลุ่มทดลอง จา นวน 30 คน เพื่อหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แอลฟาตามวิธีของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบ สอบถามเท่ากับ 0.827 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบด้วยการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F test) ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการดาเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะ วรรณาลัย โดยรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การคัดกรอง นักเรียน การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา การส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียน และการส่งต่อนักเรียน 2. การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการดาเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะ วรรณาลัย จา แนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการดา เนินงาน ระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสา คัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .05 3. การมีส่วนร่วมของครูในการดาเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะ วรรณาลัย จา แนกตามประสบการณ์การทา งาน โดยรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ครูประสบการณ์การทา งาน ต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วม ในการดา เนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย แตกต่าง กันอย่างมีนัยสา คัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were to study the teachers' participation in operation of the student support system in Rittiyawannalai School and compare teachers' participation in operation of the student support system in Rittiyawannalai School, classified by gender and work experience. The sample group used in this research was 126 teachers of Rittiyawannalai School. Bangkok by a table using sample size formula of Krejcie & Morgan (1970). The tools used in this research was a questionnaire for teachers' participation in operation of the student support system at Rittiyawannalai School, 25 items, by using the tryout questionnaire with the experimental group of 30 people to find the alpha correlation coefficient according to Cronbach's method. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.827. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation. and the comparative analysis with t-test and F test. The research findings are summarized as follows 1. The teachers’ participation in operation of the student support system at Rittiyawannalai School in overall and each aspect were at a high level, Include Student screening, Knowing individual students, preventing and solving problems, promoting and developing students and student referrals. 2. The teachers’ participation in operation of the student support system at Rittiyawannalai School in overall and each side according to teachers' opinions classified by gender, it was found that teachers have different gender participate in the operation of the student support system at Rittiyawannalai School, Bangkok were statistically significant different at the .05 level. 3. The teachers’ participation in operation of the student support system at Rittiyawannalai School in overall and each side cccording to the teacher's opinion classified by work experience, found that teachers have different work experience participate in the operation of student support system of Rittiyawannalai School, Bangkok were statistically significant different at the .01 level.
