การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นา การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา และการบริหารงานวิชาการ และศึกษาภาวะผู้นา การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนรัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางเขน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูที่สอนในโรงเรียนรัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางเขน จา นวน 86 คน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise multiple regression) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นา การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียน รัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางเขน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ดังนี้ การมีอิทธิพลอย่าง มีอุดมการณ์ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การกระตุ้นทางปัญญา และการคา นึงถึงปัจเจกบุคคล ตามลา ดับ 2) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนรัตนโกสินทร์สมโภชบางเขน โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุก ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลา ดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ การวัดผล ประเมินผล และดา เนินการ เทียบโอนผลการเรียน การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา การคัดเลือกหนังสือ แบบเรียนเพื่อใช้ในสถานศึกษา การจัดทา ระเบียบและแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิชาการของสถานศึกษา การประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาและองค์กรอื่น การวางแผนงานด้าน วิชาการ การพัฒนาและใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา การส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว องค์กร หน่วยงาน สถานประกอบการและสถาบันอื่นที่จัดการศึกษา การพัฒนากระบวนการ เรียนรู้ การส่งเสริมชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการ การจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา การ พัฒนาหรือดา เนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระ หลักสูตรท้องถิ่น การนิเทศการศึกษา การพัฒนาส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในและมาตรฐานการ ศึกษา การแนะแนว การพัฒนาหลักสูตรในสถานศึกษา และ 3) ภาวะผู้นา การเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหาร ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสา คัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 อยู่ 4 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ การคา นึงถึงปัจเจกบุคคล การมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีอุดมการณ์ การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และการกระตุ้น ทางปัญญา
This study aimed to study the level of the transformation leadership and an academic administration of the school administrators, and to study their transformational leadership effecting the academic administration of Rattanakosin Sompoch Bangkhen School. The samples were 86 teachers of Rattanakosin Sompoch Bangkhen School by simple random sampling using a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The research results revealed that 1) Overall, a level of the transformation leadership behavior of the school administrators of Rattanakosin Sompoch Bangkhen School was at a high level, as follows an idealized influence, an inspiration motivation, an intellectual stimulation, an individualized consideration, respectively. 2) A level of the schools academic administration was at a high level, as follows the assessment and grades transferring, the research for development, the selection of textbooks, the regulation and guidelines on academic work, the collaboration for academic development with other schools and organizations, the academic planning, the development and use of educational technology, the academic support for individuals, families, organizations, establishments and other education institutions, the development of learning process, the enhancement of strength academic communities, the teaching and learning management, the development of content or local curriculum from opinions, the instructional supervision, the development and promotion of learning resources, the development of internal quality assurance systems and educational standards, the guidance, the development of school curriculum. 3) For the 4 variables, which are individualized consideration, idealized influence, inspiration motivation, and intellectual stimulation, the transformation leadership of the school administrators affect academic administration significantly at .01 level.
