การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 118 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องและหาค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา ครอนบาค (Cronbach's Alpha coefficient) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในโรงเรียนธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา
The objectives of this research were to study the internal quality assurance operation of Thanyaburi School in Pathumthani Province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample of this research was 118 school administrators and teachers. The instrument of data collection was questionnaires which 5 rating scale with the reliability by Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.97. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, means and Standard Deviation. The results revealed that: The internal quality assurance operation of Thanyaburi School in Pathumthani province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 in overall and each aspects were at a high level and sort the highest mean is to do educational quality development plan.
