การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการจัดการความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 โดยจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 จำนวน 286 คน เครื่องมือที่ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̄) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1\. การจัดการความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 ตามความคิดเห็นของครู โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ด้านการร่วมมือ ด้านการยินยอม ด้านการประนีประนอม ด้านการหลีกเลี่ยง ด้านการเอาชนะ ตามลำดับ 2\. การเปรียบเทียบการจัดการความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 จำแนกตามเพศโดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน 3\. การเปรียบเทียบการจัดการความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 จำแนกตามอายุ โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4\. การเปรียบเทียบการจัดการความขัดแย้งของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามความคิดเห็นของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 30 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
This research aimed to study and compare the teachers' opinion to management on the conflict management of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30, classified by gender, age, and work experience. The sample used in this study composed of 286 teachers in schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30. Tool used in this study was a 5-scale rating questionnaire. The statistics used to data analysis were percentage, , means (X̄), Standard Deviation (S.D.), t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The results found that; 1\. The teachers' opinion on conflict management of school Administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30 in overall was at a high level, starting from the highest to the least was collaboration, Accommodation, Compromising, Avoiding and Competition respectively. 2\. The comparing teachers' opinion on conflict management of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30, classified by gender in overall no difference. 3\. The comparing teachers' opinion on conflict management of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30, classified by age in overall statistically significant different at .01 level. 4\. The comparing teachers' opinion on conflict management of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 30, classified by work experience in overall statistically significant different at .01 level.
