การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) การศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนของการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ คือ 1) ศึกษาผลการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตรวังทองหลาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 4 คน หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ 4 คน ครูผู้สอน 2 คน และศึกษานิเทศก์ 1 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นเอกสารรายงานผลการทดสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติชั้นพื้นฐาน (O-Net) ปีการศึกษา 2561 ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ 6 ของสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตรวังทองหลาง และการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured Interview) สถิติที่ใช้เป็นแบบเชิงวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา **ผลการวิจัยพบว่า** 1. **ผลการวิเคราะห์เอกสารรายงานผลการสอบการศึกษาระดับชาติชั้นพื้นฐาน (O-Net) ปีการศึกษา 2561** ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ของสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตรวังทองหลาง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 พบว่า โรงเรียนที่การสอบคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าระดับชาติ คือ โรงเรียนบดินทรเดชา (สิงห์ สิงหเสนี) ที่มีผลการสอบคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าระดับชาติ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย คือ 39.79 และโรงเรียนวัดเทพลีลา ที่มีผลการสอบคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำกว่าระดับชาติ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย คือ 17.46 2. **ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตวังทองหลาง** พบว่า สถานศึกษาในสหวิทยาเขตรวังทองหลางยังมีโรงเรียนที่ต้องมีการพัฒนาผลงานด้านวิชาการให้อยู่ในระดับที่สูงขึ้น โดยมีการพัฒนาทั้งกระบวนการสอน การวัดและการประเมินผล แหล่งเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทของสถานศึกษา และในส่วนของสถานศึกษาที่มีผลงานด้านวิชาการในระดับดี ควรเป็นแหล่งศึกษาดูงาน เป็นผู้นำในการวางแผน คอยเสนอแนะ ให้คำปรึกษา การพัฒนาด้านวิชาการเพื่อเพิ่มผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนให้สูงขึ้น
The purposes of this study were 1) to study the academic affairs management of schools in Sahawitthayaket Wangthonglang, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2) to study the guidelines for development in the academic affairs management of schools in Sahawitthayaket Wangthonglang, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research methodologies comprised of 1. study the academic affairs management of schools in Sahawitthayaket Wangthonglang, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, and 2. the guidelines for development in the academic management of schools in Sahawitthayaket Wangthonglang, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2. The key informants consisted of 4 principals, 4 head of academic affairs, 2 teachers, and 1 supervision. The research instruments were the results of Ordinary National Educational Test (O-Net) in academic year of 2018 of Mathayomsuksa 3 and 6 of schools in Sahawitthayaket Wangthonglang, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 and semi-structured interview. The data was analyzed by qualitative data analysis. The finding revealed that; 1. The results of Ordinary National Educational Test (O-Net) in academic year of 2018 of Mathayomsuksa 3 and Mathayomsuksa 6 of schools in Sahawitthayaket Wangthonglang, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 revealed that Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) school had higher score than Ordinary National Educational Test at 39.79 and Watthepleela school had higher score than Ordinary National Educational Test school had lower score than Ordinary National Educational Test at 17.46 2. The results of guideline for development in the academic affairs management of schools in Sahawitthayaket Wangthonglang, there were some schools need to develop academic project for higher level by develop in pedagogy, evaluation and assessment, learning sources to suit the school. In the schools that had the academic projects at a good level should be the study resources for other schools, and be the leader in academic affairs management planning and give the suggestions to other schools to develop the learning achievement.
