การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครู โรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายหลังสวน 2 สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 และ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายหลังสวน 2 สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายหลังสวน 2 สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 จํานวน 130 คน ซึ่งเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และใช้สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) และค่า เอฟ (f-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนเรียนกลุ่มเครือข่ายหลังสวน 2 สังกัดสํานักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชุมพร เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการแตกต่างกันในด้านการพัฒนาหรือดําเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น ส่วนด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการ แตกต่างกันในด้านการพัฒนาหรือดําเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น ส่วนด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ครูที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารงานวิชาการแตกต่างกันในด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดประเมินผลและดําเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ด้าน การนิเทศการศึกษา ด้านการแนะแนว ด้านการจัดทําระเบียบ และแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับงานด้านวิชาการ ของสถานศึกษา และด้านการคัดเลือกหนังสือ แบบเรียนเพื่อใช้ในสถานศึกษา ส่วนด้านอื่นไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the participation in academic affairs management of school teachers in Lang Suan Network Group 2 under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to compare the participation in academic affairs management of school teachers in Lang Suan Network Group 2 under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. This research samples were 130 teachers in Lang Suan Network Group 2 under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test. The results of the study indicated as follows: 1) The participation in academic affairs management of school teachers in Lang Suan Network Group 2 under the Chumphon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and each aspects were at a high level. 2) Teachers with different educational level have participate in academic affairs management differently in terms of the development or process of giving an opinions on the development of local curriculum content but the other aspects were not different. 3) Teachers with different experiences levels have participate in academic administration differently in terms of the development or process of giving an opinions on the development of local curriculum content but the other aspects were not different. And 4) Teachers in schools of different sizes have participation in academic administration is different in the development of learning process, evaluation and the transfer of grades, educational supervision, guidance, establishing regulations and practice guidelines for academic tasks of educational institutions and the selection of books textbook for use in educational institutions but the other aspects were not different.
