การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนอนุบาลจตุรมุก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนอนุบาลจตุรมุก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำแนกตามเพศและระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครอง โรงเรียนอนุบาลจตุรมุก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 92 คน ซึ่งมีขั้นตอนของการดำเนินการวิจัยเป็น 2 ส่วน ดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 ผลการศึกษาสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนที่ 2 ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนอนุบาลจตุรมุก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) **ผลการวิจัย พบว่า** 1. **ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนอนุบาลจตุรมุก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน คือ** 1) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) ด้านการจัดบริการนักเรียน 3) ด้านครูผู้สอน 4) ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ทั้ง 4 ด้าน 2. **การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนอนุบาลจตุรมุก สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำแนกตามเพศและระดับการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน**
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the parents' satisfaction towards the early childhood education management of Chataramuk Kindergarten school under the Office of the Private Education Commission 2) comparison of parents' satisfaction towards early childhood education management of Chaturamuk Kindergarten School under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Samutprakan Province classified by gender and education level. The samples in this study were the parents of Chaturamuk Kindergarten School under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Samutprakan Province, consisted of 92 people. The research process was divided into 2 parts as follows; part 1 the results of the respondents status, part 2 the parents' satisfaction towards the early childhood education management of Chaturamuk Kindergarten school under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Samutprakan Province. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. The results of the research showed that: 1\. The parents' satisfaction towards the early childhood education management of the Chaturamuk Kindergarten school under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Samutprakan Province in overall and 4 aspects: 1\) the teaching and learning management 2\) student services 3\) teachers 4\) building, premises and environment were at a highest level in all 4 aspects. 2\. The comparison parents' satisfaction towards early childhood education at Chaturamuk Kindergarten school under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Samutprakan Province classified by gender and educational level in overall and each aspect no different.
