การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา ด้านผู้เรียน ระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ซึ่งดำเนินการวิจัย 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน หัวหน้า งานประกันคุณภาพของสถานศึกษา จำนวน 3 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบ สัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ทำการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสัมภาษณ์ **ผลการวิจัยพบว่า** 1\. ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียน พบว่า ควรจัดทำโครงการต่าง ๆ ที่สนองต่อมาตรฐาน การจัดการศึกษาระดับชั้นพื้นฐาน เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้เรียนให้สูงขึ้น เช่น โครงการรักการอ่าน กิจกรรม คิดเลขเร็ว ส่งเสริมและซ่อมเสริมนักเรียน เป็นต้น มีการฝึกให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในการแสดงความ คิดเห็น ฝึกให้แก้ปัญหาโดยการเรียนรู้แบบโครงงาน เน้นการคิด ฝึกทำงานร่วมกันเป็นกลุ่ม ฝึกให้แก้ ปัญหา ใช้ Mind Mapping เป็นเครื่องมือการคิดวิเคราะห์ ฝึกทำงานร่วมกันเป็นกลุ่มและมีการนิเทศ ติดตามและประเมินผลต่อเนื่อง มีการประเมินทบทวนระหว่างภาคเรียนและมีการประเมินปลายภาคเรียน 2\. ด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน พบว่า ควรมีการวางแผนการดำเนินงานและ การจัดกิจกรรม/โครงการที่ส่งเสริมคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์และบูรณาการกับการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในชั้นเรียน มีการกำหนดและประเมินคุณลักษณะและค่านิยมที่ดีในสถานศึกษาเพื่อให้นักเรียนมีค่านิยม ที่ดี ส่งเสริมความเป็นไทยด้วยการจัดกิจกรรมตามประเพณี ให้นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วม ส่งเสริมภูมิปัญญา ท้องถิ่นและจัดกิจกรรมเพื่อให้นักเรียนตระหนักถึงสุขภาวะอนามัย
This research aimed to study the guidelines for internal quality assurance operation on learner aspect in Basic education into 2 aspect: learning achievement and learners' desirable characteristics. The samples consisted of 3 school directors and 3 heads of educational quality assurance. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview form. The data were analyzed by content analysis from the interview. The research results revealed that: 1. As for the student's learning achievement aspect, it is found that various programs should be developed in response to the basic educational management standards. To develop the potential of students to be higher, such as the Love reading project, Quick calculator activity, Promoting and repairing students, etc. There is a training for students to participate in the expression. Train to solve problems by using project-based learning, focusing on thinking, working together as a group, training to solve problems, using Mind Mapping as an analytical thinking tool. Practice working together as a group and having supervision, monitoring and ongoing evaluation. There is an evaluation during the term and there is a final assessment. 2. Regarding the desirable characteristics of the learners aspect, it is found that the operational plans and activities/projects that promote the desirable characteristics and integration with the teaching and learning in the classroom should be planned. With determination and assessment good characteristics and values in the school so that students have good values, Promote Thainess by organizing traditional activities involve students, promoting local wisdom and organizing activities to make students aware of hygiene.
