การวิจัยครั้งนี้วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารจัดการในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กตำบลหนองบัว อำเภอบ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง จำนวน 4 ด้าน 1) ด้านบุคลากร 2) ด้านอาคาร สถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย 3) ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตร และ 4) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและด้านการสนับสนุนจากชุมชน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กตำบลหนองบัว อำเภอบ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 114 คน คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 7 คน ครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก จำนวน 2 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 123 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเป็น แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (X̄ ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และทดสอบสมมติฐาน โดยการทดสอบค่าที่ t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1\. การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารจัดการในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลงอนบัว อำเภอบ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (X̄ = 3.93, S.D. = 0.13) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านบุคลากร (X̄ = 4.04, S.D. = 0.34) รองลงมาคือ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย (X̄ = 3.96, S.D. = 0.27) ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและด้านการสนับสนุนจากชุมชน (X̄ = 3.81, S.D.= 0.25) 2\. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารจัดการในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลงอนบัว อำเภอบ้านค่าย จังหวัดระยอง เมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน และระดับการศึกษา ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purpose of this study was to study and compare the parents' participation towards in Child Development Center management of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administration Organization in Ban Khai District, Rayong Province have 4 aspects: 1) Personnel 2) Building, place, environment and safety 3) academic affairs and curricular activities, and 4) participation and support from the community classified by work experience, and education level. The samples used in this study were 114 the parents, 7 committees of child development center, and 2 caretaker teachers of the child development center of Nong Bua Subdistrict in Ban Khai District, Rayong Province in academic year 2016. There are 123 people in total. Tools use to collect data was a questionnaire 5-level rating scale which developed by the researcher. The statistics of data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean (X̄), and Standard Deviation (S.D.) and hypothesis testing by t-test. The results showed that 1\. Parents' participation towards Child Development Center Management of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administration Organization in Ban Khai District, Rayong Province in overall was at a high level (X̄ = 3.93, S.D. = 0.13). When considering each aspect found that all aspects were at a high level. The highest mean was personnel (X̄ = 4.04, SD = 0.34), followed by building, place, environment and safety (X̄ = 3.96, SD = 0.27), participation and support from the community (X̄ = 3.81, SD = 0.25). 2\. The comparison of parents' opinions on parents' participation towards Child in Development Center Management of Nong Bua Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Ban Khai District, Rayong Province classified by work experience and education level in overall and each aspects were not different.
