การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ผลการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 และ 2) แนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย 2 ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยศึกษาข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured Interview) และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) **ผลการวิจัย พบว่า** 1\. **ผลการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 พบว่า** 1) ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ครูที่ปรึกษารู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล จากการจัดทำระเบียนสะสม และการเยี่ยมบ้าน 2) ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน พบร่างกาย การประเมินพฤติกรรมนักเรียน (SDQ) ที่ผ่านมา ผลการประเมินในการคัดกรองพฤติกรรมนักเรียนไม่เป็นไปตามพฤติกรรมจริงของนักเรียน 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน การดำเนินกิจกรรมโฮรมูรและกิจกรรมแนะแนวในชั้นเรียน ส่งผลให้นักเรียนมีความรับผิดชอบ กล้าคิด กล้าแสดงออก และมีทักษะชีวิตที่ดี สามารถอยู่ในสังคมได้ 4) ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา การให้คำปรึกษาเบื้องต้น ทำให้ทราบปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นกับนักเรียน สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาของนักเรียนได้ 5) ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน ทุกฝ่ายให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี ในการส่งต่อทั้งภายในและภายนอก 2\. **แนวทางการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนฤทธิยะวรรณาลัย 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 2 พบว่า** 1) ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล โดยจัดทำแฟ้มประวัติของนักเรียน มีครูที่ปรึกษา 2 คน ทุกห้องเรียน มีการเยี่ยมบ้านนักเรียนทุกคน และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานการเยี่ยมบ้านของนักเรียน 2) ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน ให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ในการทำแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมนักเรียน 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน ดำเนินกิจกรรมโฮรมูรและกิจกรรมแนะแนวในชั้นเรียน คือ การศึกษา อาชีพ ส่วนตัวและสังคม 4) ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา การให้คำปรึกษา โดยครูที่ปรึกษาและครูแนะแนว 5) ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน นักเรียนในกลุ่มเสียงและกลุ่มมีปัญหา จะส่งไปยังครูแนะแนว ครูปกครอง ครูพยาบาล
This research aimed to 1) study the performance of the student support system of Rittiyawannalai 2 School, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) study guidelines for the operation of the school's student support system. This qualitative research used a semi-structure interview and analyzed by content analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) The performance of the student support system of Rittiyawannalai 2 School, the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2 found that: 1) In acquiring students individually: Advisors know each student individually from the accumulated records and home visit. 2) Regarding student screening, it was found that the student behavior assessment (SDQ) in the past, the evaluation results in screening students' behavior were not in accordance with the students' actual behavior. 3) In the aspect of student promotion: Conducting homeroom activities and classroom guidance activities, as a result, students have responsibility, courage to think, assert, have good life skills, and able to be in society. 4) Prevention and problem-solving: Initial consultation make known to problems that occur with students, able to solve students' problems. 5) Student referral: All parties provided good cooperation; in both internal and external referral problems could therefore be solved. 2) Guidelines for the operation of the school's student support system found that 1) In acquiring students individually: By creating a student profile, there are 2 teacher advisors in every classroom. Every student's home is visited and reported the student's home performance. 2) Screening for students: Providing knowledge and understanding about the student support system in conducting the student behavior assessment. 3) In term of student promotion: Conducting homeroom activities and guidance activities in the classroom, which are education, occupation, personal, and social. 4) Prevention and problem-solving: Consulting by counselors and guidance teachers. 5) Forwarding students: Students in risk and problem groups will send to guidance teacher, administrative teacher, nursing teacher.
