งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูและผู้ปกครองต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนวัดทุ่งควายกิน ตำบลทุ่งควายกิน อำเภอแกลง จังหวัดระยอง เป็นการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรครู และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 97 คน ใช้วิธีการศึกษาเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ด้วยแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนวัดทุ่งควายกินอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านวิชาการ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน ด้านธุรการและการเงิน ด้านบุคลากร ด้านกิจการนักเรียน และด้านอาคารสถานที่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีเพศและระยะเวลาการทำงานต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียน ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to find out satisfaction of teachers and parents on an administration of Watungkyaikin School, Tungkyaikin sub-district, Klaeng district, Rayong province. The samples consisted of 97 teachers and students' parents at Watungkyaikin school. A questionnaire with a reliability of 0.97 was used for this survey research. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, average, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test. The research results revealed that the respondents were satisfied with the administration of Watungkyaikin school at a high level in all 6 aspects, as follows: 1) an academic aspect, 2) community relationship aspect, 3) administration and financial aspect, 4) personnel aspect, 5) student affairs aspect, and 6) building aspect, respectively. Gender and working experience had influence on the respondents' satisfaction with the administration of Watungkyaikin school at .05 level of significance.
