การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนท่าจีนก้าวหน้า สำนักเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่า t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนท่าจีนก้าวหน้า สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 โดยรวม และรายด้านทั้ง 3 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ ด้านการเตรียมการ ด้านการรายงาน และด้านการดำเนินงาน 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนท่าจีนก้าวหน้า สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษา โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทั้ง 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านเตรียมการ ด้านการดำเนินงานและด้านรายงาน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to study and compare the educational personnel opinions towards School Internal quality assurance operations of Thachinkaonha School Cluster under the Nakhonpathom Primary Education Service Area Office 2 classified by work experience. The sample was 120 educational personnel. The instrument to collect data was a five rating scale questionnaire with the reliability 0.98. The statistics of data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test (Independent samples). The research results finding as follows: 1\. The educational personnel opinions towards school internal quality assurance operations of Thachinkaonha School under the Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall and three aspects were at a high level, the order as follows: preparation, report and operations. 2\. The comparing the educational personnel opinions towards school internal quality assurance operations of Thachinkaonha School Cluster under the Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Operations Service Area Office 2 classified by work experience found that educational personnel opinions in overall not different, when considering each aspect found that three aspects as follows: preparation, operations and report statistically significant different at the .05 level.
