งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศคลองหลวง ต่องานบริการอาหารกลางวันของโรงเรียน และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศคลองหลวง จำแนกตามเพศและระดับชั้นเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนจากโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศคลองหลวง ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 260 คน ซึ่งสถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบที่ (t-test) ผลการวิจัยผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง เป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น มีความพึงพอใจต่องานบริการอาหารกลางวัน ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการบริการของพนักงาน ด้านภาชนะอุปกรณ์ ด้านอาหาร และด้านสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า นักเรียนที่มีเพศและระดับชั้นเรียนต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่องานบริการอาหารกลางวันแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้
The purposes of the research were to study and to compare the students' satisfaction towards school lunch service at Sarasas Witaed Klongluang School, classified by gender and grade level. The samples of this research included 260 students from the lower secondary school and the upper secondary school at Sarasas Witaed Klongluang School. The data were analyzed by mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. The research respondents are mostly female from the lower secondary school. They were satisfied with the school lunch service at high level in all aspects, as follows: services, equipment, food, and place and environment, respectively. The hypothesis testing was found that the satisfaction of students with different gender and grade level towards the school lunch service was significant different at .05 level, which is consistent with the hypothesis.
