การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มศรีราชา 2 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 3 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่เป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. **ความคิดเห็นโดยรวมของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา** โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบร่วมกัน การประเมินจากผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. **การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา** จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบร่วมกัน โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบร่วมกัน การสร้างแรงบันดาลใจแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. **การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา** จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and compare the opinions of teachers towards transformational leadership of school administrators in Sriracha 2 group under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by school size and experience. The samples were 70 teachers in Sriracha 2 group. The research instrument was 5 rating scale questionnaire 30 items with reliability coefficient of .96. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, arithmetic mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test. The research results finding revealed that; 1. The opinions of teachers towards transformational leadership of school administrators in Sriracha 2 group under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in overall was at a high level and considering each aspect found that the transformational leadership of school administrators every aspect was at a high level. 2. The comparing opinions of teachers towards transformational leadership of school administrators in Sriracha 2 group under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by school size in overall not different, when consider each aspect found that inspiration motivation statistically significant different at .05 level. 3. The comparing opinions of teachers towards transformational leadership of school administrators in Sriracha 2 group under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 classified by experience in overall and each aspect not different.
