การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อ การส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านคลองประทุม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามเพศและอาชีพ วิธีการศึกษาได้ศึกษากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็น ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียน บ้านคลองประทุม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำนวน 170 คน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน ใน 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการตรงต่อเวลา ด้านความสะอาด ด้านการแต่งกาย ด้านการเข้าแถว ด้านการแสดงความเคารพ และด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ และแนวทางปฏิบัติของสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X ) และ t-test โดยมี ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านคลองประทุม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยรวมและทุกด้าน มีระดับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงค่าเฉลี่ยดังนี้ ด้านการตรงต่อเวลา ด้านความสะอาด ด้านการแต่งกาย ด้านการเข้าแถว ด้านการแสดงความเคารพ ด้านการปฏิบัติตามระเบียบ และแนวทางปฏิบัติของสถานศึกษา 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านคลองประทุม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามเพศและอาชีพ พบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศและอาชีพต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการส่งเสริมระเบียบวินัยนักเรียน โรงเรียน บ้านคลองประทุม สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and compare the opinions of students' parents towards students' discipline promotion in Ban Khlong Pratun school under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by sex and occupation. The sample was 170 students' parents of Ban Khlong Pratun school under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office. The instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire about students' discipline promotion in 6 aspects consisted of punctuality, cleanliness, dress, standing in row, respect, and practice according to regulations and guideline of school with a reliability of .96. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The research results finding showed that: 1\. The opinions of students' parents towards students' discipline promotion in Ban Khlong Pratun school under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office in overall and each aspect were at a high level in practice sort the mean as follows: punctuality, cleanliness, dress, standing in row, respect and practice according to regulations and guideline of school. 2\. The comparison the opinions of students' parents towards students' promotion in Ban Khlong Pratun school under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by sex and occupation found that parents have sex and occupation different had the opinions towards students' discipline promotion in Ban Khlong Pratun school under the Trat Primary Educational Service Area Office not different.
