การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารสถานศึกษา ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม จำนวน 242 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) **ผลการวิจัยพบว่า** 1\. การบริหารสถานศึกษาและประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2\. การบริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ โดยในภาพรวม มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง และคู่ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคลกับความสามารถในการจัดสรรทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ คู่ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กันน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารวิชาการกับความสามารถในการใช้สื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีของครู
This research aimed to study the level of school administration, the level of school effectiveness, and the relationship between school administration and school effectiveness under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Saimai. The samples used in this study included 242 teachers of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Saimai. This research used a 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a reliability of 0.96. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson's and correlation coefficient. The results revealed that 1\. The school administration and school effectiveness were at a high level in all aspects. 2\. The relationship between school administration and school effectiveness under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Saimai had a positive correlation at high level as statistically significant at .01 level.
