การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตบางเขน และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครู ที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตบางเขน จำแนกตาม อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูที่ ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร สำนักงานเขตบางเขน โดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง อย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 162 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ซึ่งได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 สถิติ ที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยปรากฏ ดังนี้ 1. **ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร** สำนักงานเขตบางเขน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นใน ระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. **ครูผู้สอนที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการในโรงเรียน โดยภาพรวม และรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน** 3. **ครูผู้สอนที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียน ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และเทียบโอน ผลการเรียน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05** 4. **ครูผู้สอนที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน**
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the opinions of teachers towards the academic affairs administration of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Bangkhen District Office and 2) compare the opinions of teachers towards the academic affairs administration of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Bangkhen District Office classified by age, education and work experience. Sample used in this research was 162 teachers who teach in schools in Bangkok Bangkhen District Office by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a five-rating scale questionnaire with the coefficient reliability of .92 The statistics of data analysis were means, Standard Deviation, t-test, The research results finding as follows. 1\. The opinions of teachers towards the academic affairs administration of schools under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Bangkhen District Office in overall was at a high level, when considering each aspect found that there was at a high level of opinions on all aspects. 2\. Teachers have age different, They have opinions towards academic affairs administration of schools in overall and each aspect were not different. 3\. Teachers have education different, they have opinions towards academics affairs administration of schools in overall not different, when considering each aspect found that measurement, evaluation and transfer of learning achievement statistically significant at the .05 level. 4\. Teachers have work experiences different, they have opinions towards academic affairs administration of schools in overall and each aspect not different.
