การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของครูที่มีต่อ คุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน วิธีการศึกษาได้ศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ เป็นครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม จำนวน 242 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม ทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคาดหวังของครูที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมาก ไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาชีพ ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้านภาวะผู้นำ และด้านการบริหาร ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังของครูที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหาร สถานศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เขตสายไหม จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ ในการทำงาน พบว่า ครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน และครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความ คาดหวังต่อคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the expectation of teachers towards desirable characteristics of school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Saimai classified by the educational level, work experiences. The sample was 242 teachers under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Saimai. This research used the questionnaires five-rating scale with the reliability .99. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. The research results finding as follows: 1\. The expectation of teachers towards desirable characteristics of school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Saimai, in overall and each aspect was at a high level arrange in descending order as follows: profession, personality, morality, and ethics, leadership and administration, respectively. 2\. The expectation of teachers towards desirable characteristics of school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, Saimai, classified by the educational level and work experiences in overall not different.
