การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการบริหารสถานศึกษาในสำนักงานเขตพระนคร สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบ การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในการบริหารสถานศึกษาในสำนักงานเขต พระนคร สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา และอาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนในสำนักงานเขตพระนคร สังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 116 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าทดสอบที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่โดยวิธีของเซฟเฟ (Scheffe's) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1\. การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานศึกษาในสำนักงานเขต พระนคร สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ใน ระดับปานกลางถึงมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านบริหารวิชาการ ด้านบริหาร บุคคลและด้านบริหารงบประมาณ ตามลำดับ 2\. การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานของสถานศึกษาในสำนักงานเขต พระนคร สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนก ตาม อาชีพต่างกัน โดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were 1) to study participation of the basic school board for schools administration in Pranakhon District Office under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, 2) to compare participation of the basic school board for schools administration in Pranakhon District Office under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration classified by sex, age, education and occupation. The sample was 116 the basic school board in school in Pranakhon District Office. The instrument using to data collection was questionnaires five rating-scale with reliability level of 0.87. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe's method. The research results showed that 1\. The participation of basic school board for school administration in Phranakhon District Office under the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in overall was at the moderate level, for consider each aspect found that at the moderate level to a high level, descending order as follows: academic affair, personal, and the budget respectively. 2\. The participation of the basic school board for schools administration in Pranakhon District Office under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration classified by sex, age, education in overall not different, for occupation in overall statistically significance different at .05 level.
