การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อบัจจัยที่มีผลต่อขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของ ยามาเน่ (Yamane) โดยวิธีเทียบสัดส่วนขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .964 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์โดยค่าที่ t-test **ผลการวิจัยพบว่า** 1\. ความคิดเห็นของครูต่อบัจจัยที่มีผลต่อขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2\. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อบัจจัยที่มีผลต่อขวัญกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตจอมทอง กรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามระดับอายุ พบว่า ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านรายได้และสวัสดิการ มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และจำแนกประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า ในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกันเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านสุขภาพทั้งกายและจิตใจของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน มีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research was a survey research. The purposes of this study were 1) to study the teachers opinions towards factors affecting work morale of teachers in schools under Chom Thong District Office in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 2) to compare the teachers opinions towards factors affecting work morale of teachers in school under Chom Thong District Office in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample of this study was 196 teachers in school under Chom Thong District Office in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration selected by the table of Yamane by comparing the data. The instrument of this study comprised questionnaire with reliability of .964. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and t-test. The results of this study found that: 1\. The teachers opinions towards factors affecting work morale of teachers in schools under Chom Thong District Office in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration in overall and each aspects were at a high level. 2\. The comparing of the teachers opinions towards factors affecting work morale of teachers in school under Chom Thong District Office in Bangkok classified by age in overall not different when consider each aspect found that revenue and welfare statistically significance different at .05 level, and work experience found that in overall not different, when consider each aspect found that the relationship of colleagues, work place, physical and mental health statistically significant at .05 level.
