การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศชลบุรี และ 2) ประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศชลบุรี 10 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 100 คน รวม 110 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.939 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลมีดังนี้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression) **ผลการวิจัย พบดังนี้** 1\. สภาพปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศชลบุรี พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 5 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านชุมชน ด้านทรัพยากร และด้านผู้บริหาร 2\. ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนสารสาสน์วิเทศชลบุรี อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการวางแผนงานวิชาการ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนการสอน และด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร
This research aimed to study 1) the condition of factors affecting on effectiveness of academic management of Sarasas Witaed Chonburi School, and 2) effectiveness of the academic management. The sample groups used in research were 10 school administrators and 100 teachers of the school, totally 110 persons, by simple random sampling. A 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a reliability of 0.939 was used as a research tool. The data were analyzed in terms of percentage, average, Standard Deviation, and "Multiple linear Regression" analysis. The research found that: 1. Condition on the factors affecting on effectiveness of academic management of Sarasas Witaed Chonburi School. Overall was at a high level in every aspect, as follows: a process, teachers, community, resources, and administrations, respectively. 2. Factors affecting on effectiveness of academic management for Sarasas Witaed Chonburi School are at high level in all aspects, as follows: an academic planning, an instructional setting, an instructional assessment, and curriculum management, respectively.
