การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร ปีการศึกษา 2560 ซึ่งการกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางเครดิตชี่และมอร์แกน ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นจำนวน 327 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การเปรียบเทียบตัวแปร t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการทดสอบค่าความแตกต่างเฉลี่ยรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของเซฟเฟ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อทักษะการบริหารในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purpose of this research were to 1) Study the opinions of teachers towards the management skills in the 21st century of the basic education school administrators under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 2) Compare the opinions of teachers towards the management skills in the 21st century of the basic education school administrators under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by sex, experience in the workplace and schools size. The sample was 327 teachers in basic education schools under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office, in year 2017. The size of the sample, use the tables Krejcie and Morgan with reliability at 95% by stratified random sampling. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and average pair different test by Scheffe. The results revealed as follows: 1. The opinions of teachers towards the management skills in the 21st century of the basic education school administrators under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office in overall was at a high level, performing. 2. The comparison the opinions of teachers towards the management skills in the 21st century of the basic education school administrators under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by sex was statistically significant different at .01 level. 3. The comparison the opinions of teachers towards the management skills in the 21st century of the basic education school administrators under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by experience in the workplace was not different. 4. The comparison the opinions of teachers towards the management skills in the 21st century of the basic education school administrators under Samutsakhon of Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by schools size was not different.
