การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหารต่อการบริหารจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียนจัดการเรียน 2) ศึกษาการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหารการบริหารจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียนจัดการเรียนรวม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ และขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูและผู้บริหารในโรงเรียนจัดการเรียนรวม จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ และขนาดโรงเรียน จำนวน 392 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของการบริหารจัดการเรียนรวม ทั้ง 4 ด้าน เท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที แบบ independent การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และทดสอบรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Scheffe ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหารต่อการบริหารจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียนจัดการเรียน ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ยกเว้นด้านนักเรียนระดับความคิดเห็น อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูและผู้บริหารการบริหารจัดการเรียนรวมในโรงเรียนจัดการเรียนรวม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสาคร 2.1 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง เมื่อพิจารณาในภาพรวมพบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.2 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์สอน โดยรวมและรายด้านพบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2.3 จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านพบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ยกเว้น ด้านเครื่องมือ พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to 1) study opinions teachers and administrators to ward inclusive education management in inclusive education schools 2) comparison of the opinions teachers and administrators towards inclusive education management in inclusive education schools under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by position, experience and size of school. The samples were 392 administrators and teachers classified by position, experience and size of schools. The research instrument was 5 rating scale with reliability .94. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe's Method. This research results found that: 1\. The opinions of teachers and administrators towards inclusive education management in inclusive education schools in overall was at a high level and each aspect at the moderate level, except students was at a high level. 2\. The comparison of the opinions of teachers and administrators towards inclusive education management in inclusive education schools found that: 2.1 a classified by position in overall was statistically significant different at the .01 level and each aspect was not significant different. 2.2 a classified by experience in overall and each aspect were not different. 2.3 a classified by size of schools in overall and each aspect were statistically significant different at the .01 level, except tools not different.
