การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายเกาะช้าง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ทำงานและระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษาเขตอำเภอเกาะช้าง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 56 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการเปิดตารางเครซีและมอร์แกน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความเที่ยง .86 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และค่าวิกฤตที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย มีดังนี้ 1. **ความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายเกาะช้าง** สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ($\bar{X}$ = 3.99) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากไปหาหน่อย ได้แก่ ด้านการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญา ($\bar{X}$ = 4.10) ด้านการมุ่งความสัมพันธ์เป็นรายบุคคล ($\bar{X}$ = 4.20) ด้านการสร้างบารมี ($\bar{X}$ = 3.82) และด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ($\bar{X}$ = 3.82) 2. **ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูที่มีต่อพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในศูนย์เครือข่ายเกาะช้าง** สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานและระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the teachers' opinion towards transformational leadership behavior of school administrators in the Kohchang network center under the Trad Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by work experience and education level. The sample was 56 teachers in schools in Kohnchang district under the Trad Primary Educational Service Area Office in academic year 2017. The sample was 56 teachers formed by means of Krejcie & Morgan table. The statistics of data analysis were percentage, mean ($\bar{X}$), Standard Deviation (S.D.), t-test. The Finding revealed that: 1. The teachers' opinion towards transformational leadership behavior of school administrators in the Koh Chang network center under the Trad Primary Educational Service Area Office in overall and each aspect were at a high level considering each aspect was at a high level in order: intellectual stimulation ($\bar{X} = 4.10$), individual relationships ($\bar{X} = 4.20$), charisma ($\bar{X} = 3.82$), and inspiration ($\bar{X} = 3.82$), respectively. 2. The comparison results of the teachers' opinion towards transformational leadership behavior of school administrators in the Koh Chang network center under the Trad Primary Educational Service Area Office classified by work experience and education level not different.
