การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้ดูแลเด็กต่อปัจจัยในการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอลืออำนาจ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน ใช้ประชากรทั้งหมดในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้ดูแลศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอลืออำนาจ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square Test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยในการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในอำเภอลืออำนาจ จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยครูผู้ดูแลเด็กมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีระดับการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยในการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This research aimed to study and compare child care teachers opinion on factors contributing to Child Development Center management of Administrative Organizations in Lueamnat district, Amnatcharoen province classified by their education and work experience. The population included all 120 child care teachers in Lueamnat district. The research instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of .98. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and comparative by using Chi-Square test. The findings of the study reveal as follows 1. The teachers opinion towards factors contributing to Child Development Center management of Administrative Organizations in Lueamnat district, Amnatcharoen province in overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect found one aspect a factor of promoting a network of early childhood development was at the highest level, but the other 5 aspects were at high level. 2. Education level and work experience had influence on the teachers opinion towards the factors contributing to the Child Development Center management at .05 level
