การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 สหวิทยาเขต 8 อำนาจเจริญ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มแรก คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 29 สหวิทยาเขต 8 อำนาจเจริญ จำนวน 32 คน และกลุ่มที่สอง คือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ดังกล่าว จำนวน 211 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น รวมทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 243 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกรายข้อ (rxy) ตั้งแต่ .42 ถึง .76 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ร้อยละ และ Independent t-test ผลการวิจัยปรากฏดังนี้ 1. บุคลากรมีความคิดเห็นว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติด้านหลักนิติธรรมและหลักความรับผิดชอบ อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านที่เหลืออีก 4 ด้าน มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ หลักการมีส่วนร่วม รองลงมาคือ หลักคุณธรรม 2. บุคลากรที่มีเพศต่างกันเห็นว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล โดยรวมและรายด้าน 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านหลักนิติธรรมและด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่บุคลากรที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกันเห็นว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนมีการปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมาภิบาล ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study the practices of good governance of the high school administrators under the Sahawittayakhet 8 Amnatcharoen Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29. Samples consisted 243 persons and they were divided into 2 groups; 32 high school administrators and 211 teachers under the Sahawittayakhet 8 Amnatcharoen Secondary Educational Service Area Office 29. A research instrument was a 30-item of 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a discrimination values (rxy) ranged between .42 to .76 and the overall reliability value of 0.92. Statistics used for data analysis were mean, Standard Deviation, percentage, and t-test (Independent Samples). The results of the research were as the follows 1. The overall personnel viewed that the high school administrators performed the good governance as a whole at the highest level. Considering each aspect found that they performed in the aspects of rule of laws and the accountability at a high level. The remaining four aspects were performed at the highest level. The highest mean was the participation aspect, followed by the ethics aspect. 2. The personnel with different gender viewed that the high school administrators performed good governance as a whole and in two aspects, the rule of laws and the cost-effectiveness, differently at .05 level of significance. However, the personnel with different position did not view that the high school administrators performed good governance as a whole and in each aspect differently.
