การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนกู่กาสิงห์ประชาสรรค์ อำเภอเกษตรวิสัย จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนกู่กาสิงห์ประชาสรรค์ อำเภอเกษตรวิสัย จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 3 และระดับช่วงชั้นที่ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 148 คน โดยวิธีสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) แล้วสุ่มอย่างง่ายให้ได้ตามจำนวน ตามตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซีและมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (F test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนกู่กาสิงห์ประชาสรรค์ อำเภอเกษตรวิสัย จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ ด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารและการบริหาร ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนและชุมชน ด้านคุณลักษณะของครูและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านโรงเรียนเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้และให้บริการชุมชน และด้านคุณลักษณะของนักเรียน 2. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีเพศต่างกันมีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนกู่กาสิงห์ประชาสรรค์ ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีอายุแตกต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนกู่กาสิงห์ประชาสรรค์ ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้บริหารและการบริหาร และด้านโรงเรียนเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้และให้บริการแก่ชุมชน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนในด้านอื่นๆ อีก 3 ด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study the expectation of parents on the educational management of Kukasingprachasan school, Kasetwisai district, Roi-Et province. The samples consisted 148 parents of level 3 and 4 students at the Kukasingprachasan school in 2013 academic year through stratified random sampling and simple random sampling by using the Krejcie; & Morgans table of sample size. A 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a reliability of .92 was used as a research tool. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test. Findings revealed that 1. The parents expectation on the educational management of Kukasingprachasan school was at a high level in every aspect, as follows the characteristic of administrator and administration, the participation of parents and community, the attribute of teachers and teaching process, the school as learning resource and service community, and the feature of the students, respectively. 2. Gender had no influence on the parents expection, but age had influence on the parents expectation at .05 level of significance in overall and 2 aspects characteristic of administrator and administration, and the school as learning resources and service community. The other 3 aspects were not significant different.
