การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนกลันทาพิทยาคม ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่กำลังเรียนอยู่ในโรงเรียนกลันทาพิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 164 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ใน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล การคัดกรองนักเรียน การส่งเสริมนักเรียน การป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา และการส่งต่อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .85 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนกลันทาพิทยาคม ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.65) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน และระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน ตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยดังนี้ ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน ( = 4.00) ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ( = 3.94) ด้านการป้องกันช่วยเหลือและแก้ไข ( = 3.73) ด้านคัดกรองนักเรียน ( = 3.40) และด้านการส่งต่อ ( = 3.17) 2. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนกลันทาพิทยาคม ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน จำแนกตามเพศและอายุ ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3. ปัญหาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน พบว่า 1) ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองไม่มีเวลาเอาใจใส่บุตรหลานเนื่องจากต้องประกอบอาชีพ 2) ด้านการคัดกรอง ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองขาดการเอาใจใส่ดูแลนักเรียน 3) ด้านการส่งเสริมนักเรียน ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองมีภาระงานมาก ทำให้ไม่มีเวลาดูแลนักเรียน 4) ด้านการป้องกันช่วยเหลือและแก้ไข ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองไม่ได้รับการประสานงานจากโรงเรียน และ 5) ด้านการส่งต่อ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองต้องการแก้ปัญหาด้วยตนเอง
This research aimed to study parents participation at Galantapittayakhom school for improving the quality of education on Student Counseling System. Samples were 164 parents of students attending at the school by simple random sampling. A tool used to collect data was a questionnaire concerning 5 aspects knowing individual student, student screening, student promoting, preventing and solving problems, and student transferring which had a reliability of .85. The data were analyzed by using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test. Findings were showed that 1. The participation of students parents at Galantapittayakhom school for improving the quality of education on Student Counseling System, as a whole was at a high level ( = 3.65). Considering on each aspect, there were 3 aspects at high level and 2 aspects at moderate level, as follows student promoting ( = 4.00), knowing individual student ( = 3.94); preventing, helping and solving problems ( = 3.73); student screening ( = 3.40); and student transferring ( = 3.17), respectively. 2. Gender and age had no influence on the parents participation. 3. Problems on their participations are that 1) the aspect of knowing individual student parents had no time for taking care of children because of their career; 2) the aspect of student screening students lack parental care; 3) the aspect of student promoting parents have a huge workload, so they have no time to take care their children; 4) the aspect of preventing, helping and solving problem parents do not have contact from school; and 5) the aspect of student transferring parents need to solue problems by themselves.
