การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องต่อการดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสีชมพูศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดขอนแก่น จากประชากร ซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนสีชมพูศึกษา จำนวน 122 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาต่อการดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสีชมพูศึกษา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยภาพรวมมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 4 ด้าน และปานกลาง 2 ด้าน โดยด้านการจัดโครงการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ การใช้ระเบียบกระทรวงศึกษาธิการว่า ด้วยการลงโทษนักเรียน นักศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2548 ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ การจัดระบบการดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คำสำคัญ การดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียน
This study aimed to find out satisfaction of educational personnel towards student discipline operation at Sichomphusuksa school under the Khonkaen Provincial Administrative Organization. The population included 122 educational personnel at Sichomphusuksa school. The tool used to collect data was a satisfaction evaluation form which had a reliability of .95. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, average, and Standard Deviation. The results of this research found that the satisfaction of the educational personnel on the operation of student discipline at Sichomphusuksa school under the Khonkaen Provincial Administrative Organization in overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect found 4 aspects at high level and 2 aspects at moderate level. The aspect of providing project to strengthen the students discipline had the highest mean, followed by the Ministry of Education regulations on the punishment for students in the year 2548.
