การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านคลองพร้าว จังหวัดตราด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและคณะครูโรงเรียนบ้านคลองพร้าว จังหวัดตราด จำนวน 33 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัญหาการดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียนของโรงเรียนบ้านคลองพร้าว จังหวัดตราด ใน 6 ด้าน โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า 3 ด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย คือ ด้านการจัดระบบการดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียน ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียน และด้านการใช้ระเบียบกระทรวงศึกษาธิการว่าด้วยการลงโทษนักเรียนนักศึกษา พุทธศักราช 2548 ส่วนอีก 3 ด้าน มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนเพื่อสามารถจูงใจนักเรียน ด้านการจัดโครงการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียน และด้านการให้ครูปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีต่อการเสริมสร้างวินัยนักเรียน คำสำคัญ การดำเนินงานวินัยนักเรียน
This research aimed to study student discipline procedure problem of Banklongprao School, Trad province from 33 administrators and teachers. Tool used for gathering data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics for data analysis were mean and Standard Deviation. Study results were that the student discipline procedure problem of Banklongprao School, Trad province in overall was at a moderate level. Considering each aspect found 3 aspects at less problem, as follows the student discipline operation system, the conducive environment to operation, and using the Ministry of Education Regulation Act 2548 with his students. The other 3 aspects had problem at moderate level, as follows the activities setting for students motivation, the project provided for enhancing students discipline, and the teachers acting as a role model to strengthen students discipline.
