การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนชุมชนวัดบ้านระกาศ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย ด้านการจัดบริการนักเรียน และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียน จำแนกตามเพศและวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนชุมชนวัดบ้านระกาศ จำนวน 189 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผู้ปกครองมีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนชุมชนวัดบ้านระกาศ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านการจัดบริการนักเรียน ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน และด้านค่าใช้จ่าย 2. ผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศและวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคาดหวังต่อการจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียนชุมชนวัดบ้านระกาศ ไม่แตกต่างกัน คำสำคัญ ความคาดหวัง ผู้ปกครอง การจัดการศึกษาในโรงเรียน
This survey research aimed to fine out parents expectation on educational management of Baan-Rakard school under the Samutprakarn Primary Educational Service Area office 2 in 4 aspects instructional setting, learning cost, student services, and public-relations. These aspects are classified by their gender and educational level. The sample group in this research included 189 parents of students who are studying in the school by simple random sampling. A study tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. The research results found that 1. The parents have their expectation on the educational management of the school at a high level in every aspect, as follows public-relations, student services, instructional setting, and learning cost, respectively. 2.
