การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนพนมดงรัก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูในกลุ่มโรงเรียนพนมดงรัก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 ใน 5 ด้าน คือ ด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน ด้านการได้รับการยอมรับ ด้านความก้าวหน้าในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านลักษณะของงานที่ปฏิบัติ และด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 871 คน โดยอาศัยตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซีและมอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan. 1970) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า ครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนพนมดงรัก สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 มีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูมีความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานทั้ง 5 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน และหากพิจารณาจำแนกตามสถานภาพของครูได้ ดังนี้ ครูที่มีเพศ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน
This study aimed to study the satisfaction of the performance of teachers in Phanom Dong Rak school network under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4, in 5 aspects the success of the work, the recognition, the progress of the work, the type of work performed, and the responsibility for execution. Samples of this study included 181 from 334 teachers in the school network under the Primary Educational Region 4 by using Krejcie and Morgan table of sample size providing. A questionnaire was used to collect data from the samples. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results revealed that the school teachers in Phanom Dong Rak school network under the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4 were satisfied with their work in an overall at a high level. Considering each aspect was also found all 5 aspects at high level. Considering their satisfaction according to their status gender, education level, and working experience also found that different status had satisfaction at high level.
