การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาในการบริหารสถานศึกษา ในโรงเรียนกลุ่มขุนโพธิ์ภูไพร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนกลุ่มขุนโพธิ์ภูไพร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 จำนวน 159 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ .935 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยมี ดังนี้ การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาในการบริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนกลุ่มขุนโพธิ์ภูไพร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านวิชาการ และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ และด้านการบริหารทั่วไป
The purpose of this research was to study the participation of basic school committee in school administrative of Khunphoephuprai school network under the office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4. The population in this study included 159 basic school committee in administrative work of Khunphoephuprai school network under the office of Sisaket Primary Education Service Area 4. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability of .935 The data were analyzed by percentage, mean (µ), and Standard Deviation (σ) Findings were showed that The participations of the basic school committee in administrative of Khunphoe- phuprai work of school network under the office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 4 was at a moderate level. Considering each aspect, found an academic aspect was the only one aspect that had high level of participation, the other 3 aspects were at moderate level as follows a personnel management, a financial management, and a general management, respectively.
