การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขุนหาญวิทยาสรรค์ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ วิธีการศึกษาได้ศึกษาจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการสอนในโรงเรียนขุนหาญวิทยาสรรค์ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 100 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น (reliability) 0.952 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean µ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนขุนหาญวิทยา-สรรค์ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 4.02) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ย ได้แก่ ด้านการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา (µ = 4.19) ด้านการวัดและการประเมินผลการศึกษา (µ = 4.15) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน (µ = 4.11) ด้านวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ (µ = 3.99) ด้านการนิเทศภายใน (µ = 3.92) และด้านหลักสูตรและการบริหารหลักสูตร (µ = 3.80)
This research aimed to study teachers satisfaction in academic administration of Khunhanwithayasan school under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization. The target group included 100 teachers who was teaching in Khunhanwithayasan school, Sisaket province, in an academic year 2011. The research instrument was a questionnaire which had a reliability of 0.952. Statistics used for data analysis composed of mean (µ) and Standard Deviation (). The results revealed that Teachers satisfaction towards the academic management of Khunhanwithayasan school, Sisaket province, in an overall was at a high level (µ = 4.02). Considering on each aspect, the satisfactions of the teachers towards the academic management of Khunhanwithayasan school in every aspect was at a high level, as follows the quality of education for guarantee (µ = 4.19), the assessment (µ = 4.15), the teaching and studying management (µ = 4.11), the research for learning development (µ = 3.99), the internal supervision (µ = 3.92), and the curriculum and management (µ = 3.80), respectively.
