การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการศึกษาตามทัศนะของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลกระหวัน อำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ปกครองเด็กศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลกระหวัน อำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 124 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ .79 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน () ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการศึกษาตามทัศนะของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลกระหวัน อำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยภาพรวม มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 3.87) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้ง 3 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน (µ = 3.89) ด้านมาตรฐานการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก (µ = 3.88) และด้านอาคารสถานที่ (µ = 3.86)
The objective of the research was to study an educational management of child development center for improving a quality of education under the office of Krawal municipality, Khunhan district, Sisaket province as perceived by students guardians. The population included 124 students guardians in the child development center, under the office of Krawal municipality. The research instrument was a questionnaire which had a reliability of 0.79. Statistics used to analyze data composed of Percentage, Mean (µ), and Standard Deviation (). The results from the research revealed that educational management in student guardians opinions to improve the quality of education for the child development center, under the office of Krawal municipality, Khunhan district, Sisaket province was at a high level (µ = 3.87). Considering each aspect, found all 3 aspects were at high level, as follows a public relation aspect (µ = 3.89), a standard of operation aspect (µ = 3.88), and a building aspect (µ = 3.86), respectively.
