การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานอาคารสถานที่โรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 148 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ระดับความพึงพอใจของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหาร งานอาคารสถานที่โรงเรียนเอกชน ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านห้องสมุด ด้านห้องเรียน ด้านหอประชุม ด้านบริเวณโรงเรียน ด้านห้องพยาบาล ด้านโรงอาหาร ด้านห้องน้ำ-ห้องส้วม และด้านอาคารเรียน ตามลำดับ ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานอาคารสถานที่โรงเรียนเอกชน จำแนกตามสถานภาพ พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบริเวณโรงเรียน ด้านห้องเรียน และด้านห้องสมุด มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนด้านอาคารเรียน ด้านห้องน้ำ-ห้องส้วม ด้านโรงอาหาร ด้านหอประชุม และด้านห้องพยาบาล พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 โดยผู้บริหารมีระดับความพึงพอใจสูงกว่าครูผู้สอนเกือบทุกด้าน ยกเว้นด้านห้องสมุด
This research aimed to study the satisfaction of teachers and educational personnel towards household management of the private schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by their position. The sample group of this research consisted 148 persons including teachers and educational personnel of private schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in 2011 academic year. A research instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire. The statistic used for data analysis included percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. From the research, it revealed that both schools administrators and teachers were very satisfied with the household management of the private schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in every aspect, as follows library, classroom, convention hall, school surrounding, infirmary, cafeteria, toilet, and school building, respectively. The comparison of the administrators’ and teachers’ satisfaction towards the household management found significantly difference at .001 level. Considering each aspect found that 5 aspects school building, toilet, cafeteria, convention hall, and infirmary had significantly difference at .001 level, but 3 aspects school surrounding, classroom, and library aspects were not significant different. Moreover, the administrators had more satisfaction than the teachers almost all aspects, except library aspect.
