การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมและเปรียบเทียบการจัดการศึกษาของครูปฏิบัติการสอนและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคลากร และด้านการบริหารทั่วไป โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูปฏิบัติการสอนและผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 1,287 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ t-test และ F test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพของการมีส่วนร่วมของครูและผู้ปกครองและเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อจัดการศึกษาในชั้นเรียน สำหรับสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกลุ่มโรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอบางบ่อ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อย และเมื่อจำแนกตาม รายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ และด้านการบริหารทั่วไปอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคลากร อยู่ในระดับน้อย 2. การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของครูและผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาในชั้นเรียน สำหรับสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกลุ่มโรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอบางบ่อ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 จำแนกตามสถานภาพ 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มครูปฏิบัติการสอน กลุ่มผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ในภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน ในรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคลากร ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 3. กลุ่มครูปฏิบัติการสอน กลุ่มผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมเพื่อจัดการศึกษาในชั้นเรียน สำหรับสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานกลุ่มโรงเรียนในเขตอำเภอบางบ่อ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purpose of this study was to investigate the corporation of teachers and parents in classroom management of schools in Bangbo district under the Office of Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area 2, and to compare levels of participation and compare educational arrangements of teachers to the parents. The research covered 4 aspects academic administration, budget administration, personnel administration, and general administration. Samples of the study comprised of 1,287 teachers and parents. The tool used in collecting data was rating scale questionnaire. The confident-value of the questionnaire was .98. Statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test. This research results revealed as follows 1. The condition and comparison of participation of teachers and parents in classroom educational arrangement is for basic schools in the area of Bangbo district, the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole, at a low level. Being classified by 4 aspects found that participation of academic and general administrations were at a moderate level. Participation of budget and personnel administrations were at a low level. 2. Comparison of participating of teachers and parents in classroom educational arrangement for basic schools in the area of Bangbo district, the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by two groups of status teachers and the parents, in each aspect academic administration, personnel administration, and general administration were not significant different. Budget administration was significant different at .05 level. 3. A group of teachers and parents from different schools, participated in classroom educational arrangement for basic schools in the area of Bangbo district, the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole and by aspect were not significant different.
