การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบแนวทางการจัดการศึกษา ภูมิปัญญาด้านการแพทย์แผนไทย ในอำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด จำแนกตามหน่วยงานที่สังกัด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนวิชาภูมิปัญญาไทย ระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5-6 ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาตราด อำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 44 คน เจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานที่สังกัดสำนักงานสาธารณสุข ได้แก่ เจ้าหน้าที่แพทย์แผนไทยโรงพยาบาลคลองใหญ่ จำนวน 20 คน และ เจ้าหน้าที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล 4 แห่งๆ ละ 6 คน จำนวน 24 รวม 88 คน คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาภูมิปัญญาด้านการแพทย์แผนไทย ในอำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด โดยรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านสมุนไพร ด้านการอบ-ประคบสมุนไพร และด้านการนวดแผนไทย 2. แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาภูมิปัญญาด้านการแพทย์แผนไทยในอำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด จำแนกตามหน่วยงานที่สังกัด ไม่แตกต่างกัน กล่าวคือ โรงเรียนและหน่วยงานสังกัดสำนักงานสาธารณสุขในอำเภอคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดตราด มีแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาภูมิปัญญาด้านการแพทย์แผนไทย โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the guideline on educational management to wisdom of Thai Traditional Medicine in Klongyai district, Trat province, classified by the affiliated organization. The population used for this research included 88 persons composed of 44 teachers teaching Thai wisdom in Prathomsuksa 5-6 in the primary schools under the Office of Trat Primary Educational Service Area, in academic year 2013, the employees under the Public Health Office which included 20 employees of Thai Traditional Medicine in Klongyai district, and 24 employees of 4 District Health Promoting Hospitals divided into 6 persons of each hospital. The instrument used for collecting data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, and Standard Deviation. The research results revealed as follows 1. The guideline on educational management to Wisdom of Thai Traditional Medicine in Klongyai district, Trat province was at a “high” level in every aspect, arranged from the highest to the lowest mean the herbs aspect, and the baked-herbal massage with hot press aspect, and Thai massage aspect, respectively. 2. The guideline on educational management to Wisdom of Thai Traditional Medicine in Klongyai district, Trat province, classified by the affiliated organization did not have any difference, which was, the schools and affiliated organization of the Public Health Office in Klongyai district, Trat province had the guideline on educational management to Wisdom of Thai Traditional Medicine in an overall and each aspect at a “high” level.
