การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ของโรงเรียนในจังหวัดจันทบุรี และ 2) ศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551 ใน 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอนและแหล่งการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล และด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หัวหน้าฝ่าย/ครูวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 17 ในจังหวัดจันทบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 253 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาในการบริหารหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาตามหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขปัญหาการบริหารหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พุทธศักราช 2551 ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความเห็นว่า ผู้สอนมีวิธีการในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้ เนื่องจากผู้สอนมีความรู้ความสามารถที่จะจัดการกับปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้เป็นอย่างดีและสามารถนำเอาความรู้ประสบการณ์เดิมจากการสอนในหลักสูตรเดิมมาใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหากับหลักสูตรใหม่นี้ได้ เลือกใช้วิธีการที่เหมาะสมกับปัญหา
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the problems of school curriculum management according to the basic education core curriculum B.E.2551 in schools under the Chantaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office 17 in 5 aspects teachers; arrangement of curriculum activities; educational media and learning resources; assessment and evaluation; and curriculum management, and 2) to study the recommendations on solving the problems of the school curriculum management. The population consisted 253 directors, head of academic department, and head of knowledge group, of the schools under the Office of Chantaburi Secondary Educational Service Area 17 in an academic year 2011. The tool used in data collection was a 5-rating scale questionnaire created by the researcher. The statistics used in the data analysis were average, frequencies, Standard Deviation, and percentage. The research finding revealed as follows 1. The opinion on problems of the school curriculum management in the basic education core curriculum B.E. 2551 was at a high level. 2. Regarding the solution to the problems, it was found that the teachers could solve the occurred problems. The teachers had knowledge in managing the occurring problems, and could use previous knowledge and experience from the previous curriculum in solving problems occurring in the new curriculum. The teachers could select any method suitable for problems-solving.
