การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองเด็กเล็กต่อการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลตำบลคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองเด็กเล็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเขตเทศบาลตำบลคลองใหญ่ อำเภอโป่งน้ำร้อน จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 112 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) และตรวจสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยใช้วิธีการตรวจสอบความแตกต่าง LSD ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ปกครองเด็กเล็กมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลตำบล คลองใหญ่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านบุคลากร ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมหลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อม และความปลอดภัย ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ตามลำดับ 2. ผู้ปกครองเด็กเล็กมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาล ตำบล คลองใหญ่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ผู้ปกครองเด็กเล็ก ได้เสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเทศบาลตำบลคลองใหญ่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ดังนี้ ควรมีห้องน้ำ อ่างล้างหน้าสำหรับเด็กเล็ก ที่สะอาดถูกสุขลักษณะและเพียงพอ ควรจะแยกศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กให้เป็นเอกเทศ เป็นสัดเป็นส่วนให้เหมาะสม และควรจัดหาอุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอนให้หลากหลายและทันสมัย เช่น หนังสือนิทาน คอมพิวเตอร์ อินเทอร์เน็ต ฯลฯ
This research aimed to study satisfaction of young children parents with the Child Development Center management in Klongyai district, Chanthaburi province by gender, age, education, occupation, and income from 112 parents of children in the child development centers. An instrument used in collecting data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.95. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and examine the different pairs using the LSD. The results showed as follows 1. The parental satisfaction with the child development center management in overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect found 2 aspects were at a high level personnel aspect; and academic and activity aspect. The other 3 aspects were at a moderate level a center management aspect; building, environment, and safety aspect; and participating and supporting aspect, respectively. 2. Male and female parents with different age had no significantly difference in their opinion, but different education level, profession, and income had their opinions difference at .05 level of significance. 3. The suggestions were that the child development center should have clean toilet and wash-basin enough for their children; the child development center should be separated from other; and should provide several modern learning materials, such as novels, computer, Internet, etc.
