การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียนญาโณทัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์การทำงาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูจำนวนทั้งหมดของโรงเรียนญาโณทัย จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.86 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F test ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 83 และส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 10 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53 มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลของโรงเรียน ญาโณทัย สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน อยู่ในระดับน้อย ครูชายและหญิงมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลแตกต่างกัน แต่ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives for this research were to study and compare teachers’ satisfaction with the school personnel administration of Yanothai school, the Office of the Private Education, classified by gender and working experience. Population used in the research included 30 teachers of Yanothai school. A tool used in collecting data was a questionnaire with confidence value of 0.86. The data were analyzed by percentage, average, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test. The results showed that Mosts of teachers are female (83%) and had work experience more than 10 years (53%). They were satisfied with the school personnel administration of Yanothai school at a “less” level. Gender had influence on their satisfaction with the school personnel administration, but working experience had no influence on their satisfaction.
