การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของบุคลากร โรงเรียนจ่าอากาศ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารอากาศ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้ช่วย ครู อาจารย์ รวมทั้งสิ้น 90 คน ได้มาจากจำนวนประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของบุคลากร ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.78 และดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นครูผู้ช่วย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.78 อาจารย์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 27.78 และครู คิดเป็นร้อยละ 24.44 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน () และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (content analysis) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความต้องการในการพัฒนาตนเองของบุคลากรโรงเรียนจ่าอากาศ กรมยุทธศึกษาทหารอากาศ ทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน 2) ด้านบุคลิกลักษณะ 3) ด้านหน้าที่ของครูทหาร และ 4) ด้านวิชาชีพทหาร
The purpose of this study was to survey needs for self development of personnels in the institution of Royal Thai Air Force of Directorate of Education and Training. The population in this study included 90 teachers of this institution, in the 2013 academic year. The research instrument was a questionnaire developed by the researcher. The data from usable returned questionnaire were analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Mosts of the respondents are male (87.78%). They are teacher assistants (47.78%), lecturer (27.78%), and teacher (24.44%). The result of the study indicated that all four aspects of the needs were at a “high” level, as follows 1) instructional activities, 2) personality, 3) military teacher duty, and 4) soldiers profession, respectively.
