การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตในโรงเรียนเหมืองแบ่งวิทยาคม สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเลย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ในโรงเรียนเหมืองแบ่งวิทยาคม สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเลย จำนวน 118 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.79 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตในโรงเรียนเหมืองแบ่งวิทยาคม สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเลย โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.87) และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 2 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการบริการ และการประชาสัมพันธ์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.89) และด้านสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 3.86) ตามลำดับ
The purpose of this research was to study student’s satisfaction toward the Internet services in Muang Bang Wittayakom school under Loie Provincial Administrative Organization. The population of the study included 118 Mattayomsuksa 1 students in Muang Bang Wittayakom School. The questionnaire with a reliability of 0.79 was used as a research tool. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The findings revealed as follows Student’s satisfaction toward the Internet services in Muang Bang Wittayakom school under Loie Provincial Administrative Organization in overall was at a “high” level at mean of 3.87. Considering on each aspect found both aspects at high level, ranking from high to low were service and public-relation aspect at mean of 3.89 and place and equipment aspect at mean of 3.86.
