การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนเขตตำบลปวนพุ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ครั้งนี้ คือ ข้าราชการครูในโรงเรียนเขตตำบลปวนพุ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 จำนวน 71 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การบริหารงานตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของโรงเรียนเขตตำบลปวนพุ อำเภอหนองหิน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (µ = 4.30) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 1 ด้าน และมากที่สุด 5 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านหลักนิติธรรม (µ = 4.50) ด้านหลักความรับผิดชอบ (µ = 4.41) ด้านหลักความโปร่งใส (µ = 4.31) ด้านหลักคุณธรรม (µ = 4.28) ด้านหลักความคุ้มค่า (µ = 4.21) และด้านหลักความมีส่วนร่วม (µ = 4.14) ตามลำดับ
This research aimed to study the administration according to the good governance of schools in Puan Phu sub-district, Nong Hin District, under the Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2. The population included 71 teachers in schools of Puan Phu sub-district, under the Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2. Questionnaire was used as a research tool which had a reliability of 0.92. Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Findings revealed that Overall, the administration according to the good governance of schools in Puan Phu Sub-district, Nong Hin district, under the Office of Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2 was at the highest level (µ = 4.30). Considering on each aspect, it was found that 1 aspect was at a “high” level and 5 aspects were at the highest level, as follows equity (µ = 4.50), accountability (µ = 4.41), transparency (µ = 4.31), integrity (µ = 4.28), cost effectiveness (µ = 4.21), and participation (µ = 4.14), respectively.
